Hey everyone,
I keep hearing stories about people in IT earning jaw-dropping salaries, but my personal experiences don’t align with this narrative.
Many skilled individuals I know are struggling to land jobs offering even 6 LPA, and some aren’t even getting interview calls. Meanwhile, I’ve seen others, with questionable skills or even fake experience, securing offers like 30 LPA.
For example, someone I know with 4 years of experience (2 years of that being fake) recently bagged a 30 LPA role. It got me wondering—what’s really going on here?
Is it about networking? Are people gaming the system? Or is there more to it than meets the eye? I’d love to hear your perspectives and experiences.
Let’s discuss!
