1.
Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory business strategy/sales programs and developing mechanisms to scale business.
2.
Experience promoting data and analytics software or solutions.
3.
Experience managing a quota-carrying sales team.
4.
Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.
Google Data Analytics Sales Manager Preferred Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2.
Experience with market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analytics middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
3.
Understanding of data analytics technology stack (e.g., Hadoop/Spark, columnar data warehouses, data streaming, ETL and data governance, predictive analytics, OLAP, and data science framework).
4.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker etc.)
5.
Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in data and analytics.
6.
Outstanding business judgment and analytics skills, using data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

1.
Hire, motivate, develop, and lead a team of sales specialists to grow and exceed annual and quarterly goals.
2.
Collaborate with the wider Google sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall data analytics pipeline health.
3.
Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical levels. Engage, educate, and ensure the satisfaction of the installed base.
4.
Generate a plan to ensure broad data analytics growth into Google Cloud accounts and manage cross-functional partners in complex implementation projects and agreements.
5.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
