Job Description For IBM Accounts Payable Specialist
- Recruited candidates will support BM Accounts Payable activity of North Americas, Canada, LA and Singapore regions, Knowledge of Accounts Payable Strong accounting concepts.
- The recruited candidate will identify the duplicate records for the Vendor Master Maintenance Invoice receipt, verification and processing accurately and timely.
- Recruited candidates have to perform Invoice matching and also Identify and resolve exceptions and prioritize urgent invoices and aged invoice processing.
- The candidate will have to handle manual and automatic payment requests, Verify &run payment proposals. Processing T&E claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution and recovery.
